quotes I'm interested in you Slayer. I live on Oahu, Hi. I have never bought anything off of pinkbike buy/sell. Could you outline the process. Also could you describe how you would ship it, would you pack it or bike shop? And approximate cost for shipping? Awesome bike. I am 6'0", 220lbs, I haven't gotten to try this bike, but I think 19" is my size. I've tried a specialized Enduro and I fit the size large. Any thoughts on sizing? Lastly, why are you selling, just curious?

quotes such a sick edit! Jaws goes big, just as big as any of these other pink bike huckers. Maybe they should try a full 2" of rise on their bars so they can go as big as Jaws!! More Jaws please!

quotes I run 1x9, 11-34T cassete and 34T chainring on my stinky. I ride my stinky on dh and trail riding. Would like to get 30T or 32T chainring with 11-36T cassette, cuz I get too burned currently on the climbs. I strongly agree with single chain rings up front for all bicycles, no matter the style, yo.

quotes sweet sweet bike! I like you choice in transmission setup.. that's a 32 single on the front with a 11-32 nine speed cassette? i think with the new 10 speed stuff, it really makes sense to go with single chainring on all mountain/trail bikes, especially with the 11-36 cassette. A 32 in the front with the 36 in the back gives you enough granny effect for the climbs!

Typically transactions are handled using paypal, then the seller ships the item to the buyer. Normally a bike is shipped in a large box made just for that purpose. 19" should fit you perfectly. I work part time at a bike shop and get employee prices so I purchase a new bike every 6 months. The Slayer was purchased last summer, and I recently replaced it with a 2012 Pivot Firebird. This way I am always riding a new bike and it doesn't actually cost me anything because I usually am able to sell the bikes for what I paid. I am trying to get a shipping quote from DHX, and am sure it will be quite expensive. Another option would be pack it in smaller boxes and ship it through the US Post Office. The box I currently have is 46"Lx11"Wx31"H. Weight would be around 40 pounds. I haven't received a reply yet from DHX. Are there other shippers you know of that I could contact?

Cheers,
Craig

He starts sept 27th, so he should be here earlier than that. He is going to send me his bike and I'm going to get them set up so when he gets here we can go from the airport to St Louis, then surfing ! I'm gonna be a little too stoked!
